• Please do not leave it until the last minute to try to redeem your voucher as due to weather and ground conditions not all rides are available at all times.
• Weight restrictions apply. 
• Only a certain number of people can be accommodated on a ride at any one time – when it’s full it’s full!!
• Refunds on vouchers are not able to be given.
• If a rider wishes to do a ride of less value than the voucher then the voucher will be credited and the value remaining will be able to be used again within the specified time.
• Certain rides have restrictions of age/ability on them.

We will endeavour to give everyone a memorable experience here at Kilnsey Trekking & Riding Centre, but please bear these points in mind when purchasing a voucher for someone.

If you have any problem with anything on the voucher, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of your voucher for us to resolve any problems.
